Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Team Leader to support day-to-day operations within the Temporary Accommodation service. You will lead a team of officers, oversee placements, casework and accommodation suitability.

Location: Croydon (CR0 1EA). Hybrid working up to 3 days on site for a 5-month contract. Immediate requirement for an experienced housing professional with strong knowledge of homelessness legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in local government temporary accommodation services.
• Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and statutory housing duties.
• Experience managing or supervising housing officers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Temporary Accommodation team.
• Oversee placements, transfers, move-ons and voids.
• Manage complex homelessness and temporary accommodation cases.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, compliance and statutory deadlines.
• Support, develop and provide guidance to team members.
