Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Team Leader to support day-to-day operations within the Temporary Accommodation service. You will lead a team of officers, oversee placements, casework and accommodation suitability.

Location: Croydon (CR0 1EA). Hybrid working up to 3 days on site for a 5-month contract. Immediate requirement for an experienced housing professional with strong knowledge of homelessness legislation.

Temporary Accommodation Team Leader

Location: Croydon CR0 1EA

Hybrid – up to 3 days per week on site

Basic DBS required following successful interview

Immediate requirement for an experienced housing professional

Key requirements

• Strong experience within local government temporary accommodation services
• Good knowledge of homelessness legislation and statutory housing duties
• Experience managing or supervising housing officers
• Ability to manage complex cases and provide sound casework guidance
• Strong understanding of accommodation suitability and housing standards
