Are you a motivated telesales professional with leadership experience?

We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our growing sales department and take charge of a team of telesales agents. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love motivating people, and have a proven track record in outbound sales—this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets, whilst achieving your own targets too.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
• Identify training needs and deliver tailored coaching to drive improvements
• Handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues effectively
• Work closely with senior management to develop sales strategies and campaigns
• Track team productivity and compile regular performance reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader or in a similar supervisory sales role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and energise a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a solid track record in achieving sales goals
• Confident working with CRM systems and reporting tools
