We are seeking a highly motivated and results orientated warranty telesales representative to join our dyanamic telesales team based in Guiseley, Leeds

At Stiltz Homelifts we’re on a mission to revolutionise home accessibility! We design, manufacture, and install our award winning Stiltz Homelifts, empowering our customers to regain independence and rediscover the joy of movement in their own homes.

As Telesales Representative – warranties, you will be part of that mission, you’ll build relationships and influence, working with warm leads with a view to securing warranty package sales. No cold calling!

• Developing and managing your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through pro-active self-diarising and lead management.
• Analyse system generated lead reports, uncover valuable sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations.
• Utilise your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close sales on extended warranty packages.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively reporting any outstanding product related issues to our Service & Breakdown department, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
