- Make outbound calls to new, existing, and prospective customers
- Update CRM systems with customer details and call notes
- Work closely with the sales team to grow customer lifetime value
- Hit and exceed KPIs (calls, time on phone, enquiries logged, etc.)
- Ensure quality enquiries are submitted to support the estimating team
- Proactively contact all relevant stakeholders within client companies
What You'll Need
- Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
- Previous telesales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Good IT skills and CRM system familiarity
- A team-focused attitude and goal-driven mindset
- Your own transport to commute to and from work
- Motivation to hit KPIs and grow with the business
