Job summary

Insurtech Insights in London, United Kingdom is seeking a Telesales Executive to join our entrepreneurial team. You will build relationships with senior professionals and drive revenue by selling delegate passes to our international conference portfolio.

Based at our London HQ, you will receive training and coaching, opportunities for rapid development, and exposure to executives worldwide, with uncapped earnings through competitive commissions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences.
• Own monthly revenue targets and work to exceed them.
• Execute high-volume outreach: 60+ calls per day and ~10 qualified opportunities or proposals.
• Own your pipeline from first contact through close, ensuring progress.
• Become an expert on conferences, audiences and industries to articulate value clearly.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and conference teams to improve campaigns and delegate experiences.
