Job description

Salary potential: £50,000 a year (OTE) uncapped

Location: Newcastle Call Centre of Excellence

Job type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week . Immediate start

Compensation

In this Verisure Call Centre Sales Advisor role, you will enjoy a guaranteed basic salary complemented by an uncapped commission scheme. Successful agents during the first year can typically earn between £40k and £50k and can even reach +£60k.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Pitching our product & services to warm leads to generate new sales
  • Understand potential customers needs through specific questions to generate qualified bookings and provide tailor-made quotations to generate new sales
  • Establish and build rapport developing great customer service
  • Accurately update the customer and sales database in our tracking system

About You

  • You have previous call centre, customer service or sales experience in a B2C environment
  • You feel very comfortable dialling, persuading and closing sales
  • You are self-confident, customer-focused and a results-oriented person
  • You enjoy learning in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • You have excellent communication skills providing effective solutions to our customer’s needs
