The Launch Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gateshead, with flexible remote work options available depending on requirements. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with a strong ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. About the Role

The Launch Group is seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information as necessary
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services where appropriate
  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Full time: 40 hours per week, scheduled around business requirements, working shifts between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

Location: Gateshead with options for remote work depending on requirements.

Requirements
