Job summary

phs Group plc in Tamworth is seeking a driven Telesales Account Manager to engage business customers and grow service adoption. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering suitable contractual solutions, and maintaining strong relationships in a fast‑paced sales environment.

You will join a supportive team with uncapped commission, a base salary of £27,040 and an OTE of £43,500, with regular Monday–Friday hours and strong training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Telesales experience in business-to-business environments.

Responsibilities

• Calling existing business customers to understand needs and grow services.
• Listening to queries and cancellations and providing solutions to retain business.
• Being the industry expert for customers, selling products consultatively.
• Account management via inbound calls and emails and CRM updates.
• Achieving set targets and KPIs; selling Healthcare, Floorcare, Washrooms and Air-care.

Telesales Account Manager

Tamworth

£27,040.00 with an OTE £43,500.00 and uncapped commission

Great hours Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends!

Your role as Telesales Account Manager with us at phs Group:

• Calling our existing business customers to understand their needs, providing the best solutions, and growing the number of services they have with us
• Listening to and understanding the cause of any queries or cancellations. Asking questions to provide solutions that support the customer and retain their valued business
• Being the industry expert for your customers, knowing / selling the products consultatively
• Account management (inbound calls / emails from your customers / updating details on the CRM)
• Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically). The contractual services we sell are for Healthcare, Floorcare, Washrooms and Air-care.
