Job summary

phs Group in Tamworth is seeking a driven Telesales Account Manager to build relationships with business customers and expand services. The role offers a guaranteed base salary of £26,975 with an OTE of £44,922 and uncapped commission, working Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends.

You will be part of a friendly sales team, handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and promoting healthcare, floorcare, washrooms and air-care contracts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to understand customer needs and upsell services.
• Listen to queries and cancellations, asking questions to provide solutions.
• Act as the industry expert for customers, selling consultatively.
• Manage accounts via inbound calls/emails and update CRM details.
• Achieve and track targets and KPIs for healthcare, floorcare, washrooms and air-care services.

Your role as Telesales Account Manager with us at phs Group:

• Calling our existing business customers to understand their needs, providing the best solutions, and growing the number of services they have with us
• Listening to and understanding the cause of any queries or cancellations. Asking questions to provide solutions that support the customer and retain their valued business
• Being the industry expert for your customers, knowing / selling the products consultatively
• Account management (inbound calls / emails from your customers / updating details on the CRM)
• Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically). The contractual services we sell are for Healthcare, Floorcare, Washrooms and Air-care.
