Job summary

Staffbase Recruitment is representing a client recruiting a Mobile Auto Electrician in the North of England. The role involves installing and commissioning vehicle tracking, vision/camera and safety systems on a variety of vehicles, with regional travel daily.

You should have proven experience with 12V/24V electrical systems, telematics and cameras; reside in the North of England; and be comfortable with 48-hour weeks and overtime. A company van and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as auto electrician with 12V/24V systems (telematics, cameras, sensors).
• Willing to travel regionally on a daily basis.
• Must reside in the North of England or nearby.
• Good installation and commissioning skills for vehicle tracking and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission vehicle tracking, vision/camera systems, and safety systems on a range of vehicles.
• Work in the field across Northern England with regular regional travel.
• Handle installation, testing, and handover to clients.

Job description

Our client is a leading provider of vehicle tracking and safety solutions and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Mobile Auto Electrician

Basic £36K - £41K + Bonus + OT + Van + Benefits OTE £45K - £50K

The Role:

The mobile auto electrician will be responsible for installation & commissioning vehicle tracking, vision /camera systems and safety systems to a wide range of vehicles at locations throughout Northern England

Candidate:

You will be an experienced auto electrician who is happy to work in the field and undertake regional travel on a daily basis.

Ideally you will reside in the North of England

Previous experience in fitting 12V & 24V electrical systems such as telematics, cameras, sensors and other vehicle safety systems required.

Hours of work:

Mondays to Friday 48 hours

Overtime available
