Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced telehandler driver to join a residential development in Middlesbrough. This long-term role offers consistent hours and steady work on a live site.

You will operate a telescopic handler, unload deliveries, and help move materials to keep trades on schedule. A valid CPCS/NPORS card and full UK driving licence are essential, with strong health and safety awareness required.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS Telescopic Handler card is essential.
• Experience operating a telehandler on a new build housing site.
• Full UK driving licence and PPE provided (hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots).
• High standard of health and safety awareness on live residential sites.
• Based in or within easy commuting distance of Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a telescopic handler across a busy new build housing site.
• Unloading deliveries and distributing materials to live plots.
• Assisting sub-contractors and site trades with lifts and material movements.
• Conducting daily plant inspections and recording maintenance checks.
• Adhering to site health and safety guidelines and maintaining clean work areas.
• Supporting site management with efficient site housekeeping during quieter periods.
