Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced telehandler driver for a long-term residential development in Middlesbrough. You will manage site logistics, unload deliveries and distribute materials to keep plots on schedule.

Requirements include a valid CPCS/NPORS Telescopic Handler card, full UK driving licence and a strong health and safety awareness. The role offers consistent hours on a major housebuilder's site with opportunities to support trades and maintain site tidiness.

Qualifications

Valid CPCS or NPORS Telescopic Handler card required.
Proven experience operating a telehandler on a residential site.
Full UK driving licence and PPE provided.
Strong health and safety awareness essential on live sites.
Reliable, punctual and proactive with good communication.

Responsibilities

Safely operating a telescopic handler across a busy housing site.
Unloading deliveries and distributing materials to live plots.
Supporting sub-contractors and site management with lifts and material movements.
Conducting daily plant inspections and maintenance checks.
Following strict health and safety guidelines including pedestrian segregation.
Assisting with site housekeeping during quieter periods.
