Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a skilled Telescopic Forklift Driver (Telehandler) for a residential site in Oxford. You will safely operate the telehandler to move materials, assist trades, and support logistics on site.

Requirements include a valid CPCS/NPORS card with CSCS, 2–3 years of telehandler experience on housing projects, a clean safety record, UK driving licence, and full PPE. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS Card or NPORS card with CSCS logo for Telescopic Handler.
• 2–3 years telehandler experience on residential or major housing sites.
• Excellent spatial awareness and a flawless safety record on site.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots).

Randstad CPE team are seeking a highly skilled Telescopic Forklift Driver (Telehandler) to join our upcoming residential site team in Oxford.

• Job Title: Forklift Driver (FLD) / Telehandler Operator
• Location: Oxford, OX3
• Rate: £21.0o per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operating the telehandler machine to load, unload, transport, and stack materials across the site.
• Distributing materials to various plots and assisting bricklayers, joiners, and roofers by placing packs exactly where they need them.
• Conducting daily pre-start safety checks on the vehicle, maintaining logbooks, and reporting any defects immediately.
• Assisting the site management team with general logistics and occasionally stepping out of the cab to help manage materials if required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Valid CPCS Card or NPORS card (with CSCS logo) for Telescopic Handler (All Sizes).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of consistent experience operating a telehandler on fast-paced residential or major housing developments.
• Excellent spatial awareness and a flawless safety record on site.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe cap boots).
