Job summary

Randstad UK CPE Team is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator for a busy residential site in Banbury. You will safely operate a telehandler to move bricks, timber and pallets and work closely with site teams to keep the project moving and ensure materials arrive when needed.

The role requires a valid CPCS/NPORS Telehandler card and a full driving licence, with an on-site, hands-on environment and immediate start available.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler card.
• Full valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate the telehandler to safely lift, move, and place heavy materials like bricks, roof trusses, and insulation to different levels or locations.
• Perform a quick safety check on the telehandler every morning (oil, tyres, controls) and report problems.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and correctly stacking materials in site storage areas.
• Follow all site safety rules to keep yourself and coworkers safe.

Monday Start

Pay: £20.00 -£22.00 per hour

About the Job

Safely operating a telehandler to move and lift all types of building materials (bricks, timber, pallets) across a busy, fast-paced housing development. You\'ll work closely with all site teams to keep the project moving efficiently and ensure everyone has the right materials exactly when they need them.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine to safely lift, move, and correctly place heavy materials like bricks, roof trusses, and insulation to different levels or locations.
• Do a quick safety check on the telehandler every morning (check oil, tyres, controls) and report any problems.
• Help unload delivery trucks and correctly stack materials in the site storage areas.
• Follow all site safety rules strictly to keep yourself and your co-workers safe.

Required

• Valid Operator Ticket current CPCS or NPORS Telehandler card.
• A full, valid Driving Licence.
