Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced Telehandler Operator for a long-term position on a major residential construction site in Fairford, Gloucestershire. You will operate a telehandler, assist with deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient movement of materials on site.

The role offers stable hours and a long-term contract. Applicants must hold a CPCS (Blue) or NPORS telehandler certificate, have a full UK driving licence and proven site experience on residential developments.

Qualifications

• CPCS (Blue preferred) or NPORS (with CSCS logo) Telehandler card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience on busy residential development sites.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full PPE: Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently to move materials around the site.
• Assisting with offloading deliveries and distributing materials to trades.
• Performing daily pre-operation checks on the machine.
• Adhering to strict site safety standards and health & safety regulations.
• Helping out off the machine during quieter periods if required.
