Job summary

Acorn by Synergy is recruiting experienced Telehandler Drivers, Forklift Drivers, CPCS Telehandler Operators, and NPORS Telehandler Drivers to join a busy residential construction project in Bristol.

This is a hands-on role requiring safe operation, material handling, and close collaboration with site teams. A valid certification and a Fit to Work certificate are essential, with CIS payments and a Monday–Friday pattern on offer.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS Telehandler Card or NPORS Telehandler Card.
• Previous experience as Telehandler Driver on construction or residential projects.
• Fit to Work medical certificate required; Acorn by Synergie can arrange this with flexibility in availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
• Load, unload, move, and distribute materials around site.
• Assist trades and site teams with lifting operations.
• Support delivery management and material storage.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain safe working practices at all times.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Telehandler Drivers, Forklift Drivers, CPCS Telehandler Operators, and NPORS Telehandler Drivers to join a busy residential construction project in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious Telehandler Driver to secure ongoing work on a well-established housing development, supporting site teams with the safe movement of materials and deliveries.

What We Offer

• £21-£22 per hour.

• Monday to Friday working pattern.

• PPE and site equipment provided where required.

Key Duties

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
