Job summary

Skilled Careers are seeking a reliable Telehandler Operator to join our team on active construction sites in Hailsham. This full-time role offers £20-£21 per hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

You will operate a telehandler, load/unload deliveries and assist with light labouring. A CPCS/NPORS licence, a drug and alcohol test, and the ability to travel to sites are required.

We value reliability and punctuality and ask for references from previous telehandler work.

Qualifications

• Valid Telehandler licence (CPCS/NPORS essential).
• Experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
• Able to pass Drug & Alcohol test.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work independently.
• Able to travel to and from site.
• Be able to supply references from previous telehandler work on site.

Telehandler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Telehandler Operator to join our team. Work is available immediately on active construction sites in the Hailsham area. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating a telehandler to move materials around site
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• You will be required to assist with light labouring duties (moving materials/clearing site) when required if you aren't busy with lifts
• Following site health and safety procedures

Telehandler Requirements

• Valid Telehandler licence (CPCS/NPORS essential)
• Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites
• Will be required to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently
• Able to travel to and from site
• Be able to supply references from previous telehandler work on site
