Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Horsham to lead telecoms projects end-to-end, coordinating across network, infrastructure and technology initiatives. You will report to the Head of Operational Change and drive delivery within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of project delivery experience, strong organisational skills, and good communication across internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a project management role.
• Knowledge of project lifecycles (initiation through closure).
• Ability to manage tasks, trackers and deadlines accurately.
• Confident communicator with suppliers, colleagues and stakeholders at varying levels.
• Proficiency with project reporting and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecoms projects and workstreams.
• Create and maintain project governance for network rollout and technology migration programs.
• Monitor progress, costs and quality, flag risks early.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to keep tasks on track.
• Prepare status updates and reports for meetings and governance reviews.
• Maintain RAID logs, status reports and meeting notes.
