Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead and oversee delivery across multiple telecoms projects. You will drive governance, risk management and quality assurance while maintaining safety and contractual compliance.

You will mentor Delivery Managers, manage budgets and supplier performance, and ensure handover readiness. A strong PM qualification and UK driving licence are essential, with Chartered Engineer status desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecoms infrastructure delivery.
• Proven leadership of multiple project delivery teams.
• Professional project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).
• CDM qualifications (CITB/NEBOSH/IOSH/SMSTS) are required.
• Governance, RAID and assurance discipline across projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Degree in construction/civil engineering/telecoms or PM, driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach Delivery Managers for delivery excellence.
• Provide clear direction and escalation management across projects.
• Define and enforce delivery standards, processes and tools.
• Conduct regular reviews on progress, quality, risks and standards.
• Oversee programme risks, milestones and inter-project impacts.
• Manage commercial performance, budgets, forecasts and change controls.
• Partner with procurement on supplier tenders and contracts.
• Ensure buildability, design assurance and handover readiness.
• Drive safety culture, CDM compliance and RAMS reviews.
• Engage with clients, MNOs and stakeholders; report delivery performance.
