Job summary

Amazon’s ODX team seeks an experienced Telecoms Design Program Manager/SME to lead IT infrastructure design and delivery for logistics facilities. You will drive best practices, coordinate with vendors, and steer automation and AI-driven tooling adoption across global projects.

You will be the technical authority on structured cabling, fibre, copper and wireless, with hands-on BIM coordination and design templatisation. Travel expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecoms design including cabling infrastructure.
• BICSI RCDD or equivalent qualification.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project manage telecoms design projects across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide telecoms design expertise and resolve design queries.
• Lead design reviews and contribute to QA/QC.
• Utilise AutoDesk Revit to support design workflows.
