Position: Experienced Telecoms Civils Gangs

RGB Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Telecoms Civils Gangs for ongoing projects across the region. If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and skilled in working on the Openreach network, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Excavation in highways
2. Installation of new duct work and chambers
3. Clearing blockages in telecoms infrastructure
4. Rodding, roping and testing ducts
5. Full compliance with SROH for reinstatement of highways
6. Reinstating trenches on highways and private properties

Requirements:

1. Proven experience on the Openreach network
2. Hold relevant accreditations:
   • NRSWA (Operative): LA, Unit 01, 02, 03SA006 / Q020 (DB1) / K008Q021 (DL1) / Q019 (CD1) (optional: Q036 SLEW1)
   • Smart Awards (NOPS)
3. Skilled in using small plant and reinstatement tools
4. Clean UK driving licence (HGV beneficial)
5. Comfortable working in confined spaces and in a reactive work environment
