The role involves excavation, installation of duct work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have proven experience on the Openreach network and relevant accreditations. Qualifications

• Proven experience on the Openreach network.
• Clean UK driving licence (HGV beneficial).
• Comfortable working in a reactive environment.

Responsibilities

• Excavation in highways and reinstating trenches.
• Installation of new duct work and chambers.
• Full compliance with SROH for reinstatement.

RGB Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Telecoms Civils Gangs for ongoing projects across the region. If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and skilled in working on the Openreach network, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Excavation in highways
• Installation of new duct work and chambers
• Clearing blockages in telecoms infrastructure
• Rodding, roping and testing ducts
• Full compliance with SROH for reinstatement of highways
• Reinstating trenches on highways and private properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience on the Openreach network
• Hold relevant accreditations:
  NRSWA (Operative): LA, Unit 01, 02, 03
  • SA006 / Q020 (DB1) / K008
  • Q021 (DL1) / Q019 (CD1) (optional: Q036 SLEW1)
• Smart Awards (NOPS)
• Skilled in using small plant and reinstatement tools
• Clean UK driving licence (HGV beneficial)
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and in a reactive work environment
