Pro Search UK is seeking a Telecoms Civil engineer / Civil Operative / Civil ganger to support underground network installation and reinstatement work in Greater London. Immediate start available.

You will work in two-person teams on Virgin Media networks, manage digging, backfill, paving, and cable pulling, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. A NRSWA streetworks certificate and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Telecoms civils experience and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• NRSWA streetworks certificate and a valid UK driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Civils Operatives perform materials handling, setting up signs and safety barriers.
• Reinstatement, excavation, backfill compaction, tarmac, kerbs, slabs.
• Paving and garden works.
• Execute and oversee rodding, roping, duct/subduct installations and cable pulling on Virgin Media networks.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
