Job Purpose (Including But Not Limited To)

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize internet speeds at customer premises for clients like TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of broadband, telephony, and TV services

Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)

• Complete work to quality standards and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
• Comply with company fleet policy and health & safety regulations
• Operate tools safely and ensure environmental compliance
• Licence/Certification: Full manual driving licence (required)
• Work authorization: United Kingdom (required)
