Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony and TV services.
• Complete all work to the required quality standard in line with Circet UK practices.
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and enquiries.
• Continually develop professional abilities through timely training.
• Comply with company fleet policy and health & safety regulations.
