Job summary

Circet UK in Galashiels is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. You will repair and maintain broadband, telephony and TV services while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony and TV services.
• Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circet UK in line with best working practices and client requirements.
• Educating customers on the services installed while ensuring all services operate to customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently whilst maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Respond professionally to all customer requests and enquiries.
• Continually develop professional abilities through timely training as communicated.
• Comply with company fleet policy.
• Comply with current health and safety regulations aligned to H&S handbook, toolbox talks, etc.
• Ensure operation of tools is carried out in a safe manner.
• Ensure work activities comply with current environmental regulations.
• Comply with Circet UK Data Protection Policies and applicable legislation.
