Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is hiring a Telecommunications Engineer to join our Edinburgh team. You will repair and maintain broadband, telephony and TV services, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Respond professionally to customer requests and enquiries.
• Continually develop professional abilities through timely training.
• Comply with company fleet policy and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities of Telecommunication Engineer:

• Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony and T.V services.
• Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circet UK in line with best working practices and client requirements
• Educating our customers on the services installed while ensuring all services are operating to the customer's satisfaction
• Work efficiently whilst being considerate and maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries
• Continually develop your professional abilities through completing timely any training requirements as communicated.
• Comply with company fleet policy
• Comply with current health and safety regulations aligned to H&S handbook, Tool Box Talks etc.
• Ensure the operation of tools is carried out in a safe manner
• Ensure work activities comply with current environmental regulations
• To comply with and/or ensure compliance with the Circet UK Data Protection Policies and the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• Full training will be provided
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Full right to work in the UK is required

Additional Information

• Probation period: 4 weeks of training + 26 weeks on the job (may be shortened based on performance)
• OTE Bonus: Additional up to £1,500 per year earnable based on attendance, performance, and driving scores as part of your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• OTE Bonus is limited to a maximum of 100 employees per month
