Job Purpose

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize internet speed at customer premises for clients like TalkTalk and BT
• Perform repair and maintenance of Broadband and Telephony services

Responsibilities

• Complete work to quality standards and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop skills
• Follow company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
• Operate tools safely and comply with environmental regulations
