Job Purpose (including but not limited to):

1. Install broadband and TV services
2. Resolve broadband faults
3. Optimize internet speed within customer premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
4. Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Complete all work to the quality standards set by Circet, aligning with best practices and client requirements
2. Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
3. Work efficiently, maintain cleanliness, and ensure excellent customer service
4. Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
5. Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
6. Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
7. Operate tools safely and responsibly

Requirements:

• Full manual Driving Licence (required)
• Work authorization for the United Kingdom (required)
