Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients including TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation, repair, and maintenance

• Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
• Complete work to quality standards in line with best practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely training
• Comply with company fleet policy
• Follow health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
• Operate tools safely
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
