Job Purpose include but are not limited to:

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customer premises for clients including TalkTalk and BT
• Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Qube guidelines, best practices, and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely training completion
• Comply with company fleet policies
• Follow health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
• Operate tools safely
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
