We are hiring! Circet UK is looking for a Telecommunications Engineer in Cricklewood. Full training will be provided.

Job Purpose (including but not limited to):

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients such as TalkTalk and BT
• Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet guidelines and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
• Comply with company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
• Operate tools safely and in accordance with environmental regulations

Qualifications:

Full manual Driving Licence is required.
