Job Purpose include but is not limited to:

1. Install broadband and TV services
2. Resolve broadband faults
3. Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients including TalkTalk and BT
4. Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best practices and client requirements
2. Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
3. Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
4. Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
5. Develop your professional abilities through timely completion of training requirements
6. Comply with company fleet policy
7. Follow current health and safety regulations, including the H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
8. Ensure tools are operated safely
9. Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
10. Comply with Circet UK Data Protection Policies, the Data Protection Act, and relevant legislation
