Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking an experienced Telecom Network Delivery Manager for a 12-month contract in the UK. Based in Manchester with hybrid working (3 days in-office), you will oversee end-to-end rollout of indoor cellular solutions from survey to live handover.

You will coordinate with contractors and suppliers, manage project data, forecast stock, and deliver governance reports to stakeholders up to Director level. IR35: Inside.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Project/Delivery Management within the UK telecommunications sector.
• Experience with vendor equipment, cell site deployment, and BTS rollouts (indoor solutions preferred).
• Experience managing external contractors and physical network logistics.
• Familiarity with telecom project tracking tools.
• Strong matrix management and senior stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of indoor network deployments.
• Coordinate and manage small works contractors, main suppliers, and Openreach Fibre deliveries.
• Forecast stock requirements and manage project data builds for first-time site activation.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools (Site tracker, SAP, etc.).
• Deliver weekly governance reports and engage with stakeholders up to the Director level.
