Job summary

Kinetic is recruiting an Assembly Operative to join its St Helens production team. You will assemble parts and components based on technical drawings, and safely operate hand tools and machinery to build products.

You will work to meet targets, report defects, move parts safely, and keep a clean, safe working area while following Health and Safety procedures. This permanent, full-time role offers regular hours (Mon-Thu 7am–3:30pm, Fri 7am–12:30pm) and holiday benefits, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components based on technical drawings.
• Safely and proficiently operate hand tools and machinery as required.
• Assemble products in a timely manner to meet targets.
• Report any product defects or equipment malfunctions to a manager or team leader.
• Safely moving parts if required to do so.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
