Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join the Community team supporting vulnerable individuals living independently across the City of Sunderland.

This service is a responsive team who visit customers in their own homes, especially those requiring care after a hospital stay or experiencing a decline in well-being. The aim is to help individuals set goals to promote independence and confidence over a set period. Responsibilities include responding to home alarms that individuals can use to summon support when needed.

* Days or Nights available

* Night shifts are from 20:45 to 07:30

* Night shift rota: 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Requirements

** A full UK driving license is essential **

A company vehicle will be provided for duty, so access to your own vehicle is not required.
