A full UK manual driving license is required. A company vehicle will be provided during duty hours.

The role operates on a set rota with the following shifts:

• Overnight team: 8:45 pm to 7:30 am
• Rota pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off

The Telecare Service is a responsive team that visits customers in their homes. Responsibilities include:

• Answering alarm activations across the city raised by customers or assistive technology devices
• Assisting customers with mobility, personal care, falls, and ambulance assistance
• Responding to assistive technology such as property exit sensors, smoke alarms, and pressure mats

Training will be provided during the induction period.
