Job Opportunity: Tekla Detailers at Novax Recruitment Group

Be among the first 25 applicants to join our growing team! We are scaling up and looking to hire 3 Tekla Detailers for major projects including student accommodation, hotels, and high-rise residential buildings.

Responsibilities

• Create precise Tekla models & drawings for hot/cold rolled or SFS light gauge steel
• Work on large, load-bearing structures from day one
• Collaborate with a close-knit team
• Contribute to a young, energetic team that values humor and top-quality work

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Tekla detailing role
• Experience with steel structures (hot-rolled, cold-rolled, or SFS)
• Ability to start quickly; limited training time available
• Passion for precision and teamwork
• Salary: £35K–£45K, up to £50K for top talent
• Hybrid working model (3 days in-office, moving towards more in-person work)
• Long-term stability with opportunities for career growth and leadership
• Based in Birmingham or considered for East Yorkshire
• Short technical test required for face-to-face interview
