Job summary

Opus People Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Accountant to administer and optimize the TechnologyOne ERP platform within a finance-focused environment. You will ensure secure user access, maintain financial configurations, and support month-end and year-end processes while collaborating with finance and IT teams.

The role requires hands-on ERP administration, reporting development with XLOne, and budgeting/forecast configuration, with responsibility for P&R Billing and Debtors and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with TechnologyOne ERP including user access control, financials administration, AP administration, P&R Billing and Debtors, XLOne reporting, and budgeting/forecast model configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to liaise with finance, IT and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the TechnologyOne ERP system.
• Manage user access controls, including new user setup, roles, profiles, and security categories.
• Support Financials Administration activities including code hierarchy maintenance, month-end processes, and year-end processes.
• Maintain Accounts Payable resource pools and related system administration.
• Administer P&R Billing and Debtors calendars.
• Develop and maintain XLOne reports and reporting solutions.
• Configure and support budget and forecasting models.
• Support Enterprise Cash Receipting functionality.
• Provide systems support, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations.
• Produce and maintain system documentation.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer where required.
• Support ongoing system enhancement and implementation projects.
