Job summary

Complii is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to own delivery of core platforms across the Group. You will lead Sage Intacct and HubSpot implementations from discovery to adoption, coordinating across Operations, Finance, Sales, Technology and Executive Leadership.

You will manage project plans, risks, dependencies and governance while guiding teams, partners and stakeholders to achieve operational and commercial benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software implementation and technology transformation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, budgets and timelines.
• Experience coordinating third-party partners and communicating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Sage Intacct and HubSpot with detailed plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with leaders to discover requirements, define future-state processes and plan change needs.
• Coordinate partners and internal teams across data migration, integrations, testing and go-live readiness.
• Drive adoption through change management, training, go-live support and post-implementation review.
