Job summary

Unilever PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technology Transformation Director on a 12-month secondee assignment to lead major technology transformation programmes, including Mirai, driving governance, planning and delivery across workstreams and partners.

You will connect programme leadership with technology teams, business functions and external partners, translating decisions into execution and ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business or technology transformations.
• Strong PMO leadership in complex global programmes.
• Proven ability to manage executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-million pound/euro programmes.
• Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Influence stakeholders across matrix organisations without direct authority.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across strategic transformation initiatives and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Lead programme governance forums, milestones, risks and controls.
• Prepare executive leadership updates and steering committee materials.
• Manage resource capacity, funding alignment and workforce planning.
• Coordinate separation, merger or carve-out initiatives as needed.
• Engage with system integrators and external partners to align delivery.
• Produce integrated transformation plans and monthly reporting.
