Job summary

Unilever in the UK/NL seeks a Digital & Technology M&A Integration Lead to drive the Digital & Technology agenda across acquisitions, divestments and portfolio transformations. This role operates at the centre of high-impact transactions, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and offers exposure to senior leaders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience across Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or related functions.
• Leading complex transformation, integration, separation or change programmes.
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, divestments or large-scale transitions.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills.
• Proven programme and project leadership experience.
• Experience with external partners and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess technology landscapes for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Develop integration plans, operating models and investment cases.
• Lead governance, day-1 readiness and value delivery.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across business and tech functions.
• Support TSA considerations and separation activities where needed.
