Job summary

Tria is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CIO for a remote-first role with on-site presence in London or Manchester two days per month. The role leads a major technology transformation, defining operating models, governance and capability across a federated group.

• Proven experience designing and implementing IT Target Operating Models.
• Skills in governance frameworks, playbooks and technology standards.
• Strong capability development and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the IT Target Operating Model across the organisation.
• Develop governance frameworks, standards and ways of working.
• Lead supplier governance, performance management and vendor optimisation.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR and leadership teams to drive organisational effectiveness.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
