Responsibilities

• Assess target technology landscape including strategy, software, IT applications and cybersecurity risk.
• Gain exposure to deal/diligence engine, valuation process and bidder meetings.
• Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment to learning and development, and pitches/presentations.
• Work on a range of pre-deal service offerings.
• Develop skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning.
