Job summary

EY UK’s Operations Graduate Programme helps you shape the future by supporting clients through due diligence, integration, divestitures and transformation. You’ll work in high-performing teams across the deal lifecycle, using data, analysis and strategic thinking to unlock value and drive outcomes.

As a Shaper of the future, you’ll also pursue the CIMA CBA qualification with hands-on EY experience. Starting September 2027, you’ll join a two-year programme that combines learning, live projects

Responsibilities

• Work on operational due diligence, integration, divestiture and value creation projects for corporate and private equity clients.
• Use operational analysis and due diligence insights to support transactions and help clients navigate challenges throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with experienced project teams, clients and deal teams across EY-Parthenon.
• Build confidence and skills through continuous learning and hands-on experience.
