Job summary

Higherin invites you to join its Technology Graduate Programme, helping corporate and private equity clients assess technology risks and identify value creation opportunities. You’ll work in high-performing teams on fast-paced transactions and transformations, building future-focused skills with real client impact.

Responsibilities

• Assess the target business’ technology landscape including strategy, software, platforms, IT applications and infrastructure, costs and cybersecurity risk.
• Gain exposure to the deal/investment engine including diligence, valuation, stakeholders, bidder meetings and negotiations.
• Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment to learning and development and business development activities such as pitches.
• Work on a wide range of pre-deal service offerings.
• Develop skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning.

What you will be doing:

• Assess the target business’ technology landscape including technology strategy, software products and platforms, IT applications and infrastructure, technology costs and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Gain exposure to the deal/investment “engine” including the diligence process, valuation process, stakeholders involved, bidder meetings and the deal negotiation process.
• Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development as well as business development activities such as preparing pitches and presentations.
• Work on a wide range of pre-deal service offerings.
