About the role:

• The Technology Technician role (known internally as Technology Resource Technician) is based at Oakwood High School, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S60 2UH.
• Working hours - 37 hours per week, term time plus.

Key Duties:

The successful Technology Technician will:

• Support pupils and staff: preparation of Technology related resources
• Provide technical support for the Technology department as part of the school Technician team
• Work under the direction and instruction of the Learning Zone Coordinator to provide an efficient technical support service to Innovate Learning Zone

About you:

The successful Technology Technician should have:

• GCSE A* - C or equivalent of 9 – 4 in Science, English and Maths
• Science qualification at an appropriate level
• Good understanding of ICT
• Strong communication skills
