Job Opportunity: Technology Support Engineer

Role Responsibilities
  1. Support the Technology Operations Manager in delivering and maintaining technical requirements for IT Cloud Infrastructure supporting Project Athena, including data storage, network configuration, servers, and applications.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure system availability, conforming to ISO20000 practices, ITIL processes, and other relevant service frameworks.
  3. Collaborate with key suppliers to optimize the configuration and management of the NHSCFA infrastructure, ensuring security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables within the infrastructure and network environment, keeping abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
Additional Information

Our offices are based in Coventry, Newcastle, and London, offering flexible, hybrid, office, and home-based working options. In London, the role may attract a High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
