Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to guide clients on creating value from AI and data, defining enterprise and function-specific AI and data strategy, and embedding Responsible AI while leading technology-driven transformations.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, engage senior client stakeholders, shape operating models, and develop roadmaps linking AI initiatives to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• AI & Data experience—solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leadership of workstreams.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Engineering problem-solver mindset applying technology to complex problems.
• Strong program management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: originate and shape new deals and GTM activities.
• Excellent leadership and people skills; build teams and stakeholder relationships.

• Define and structure data and AI strategy for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess AI and data foundation maturity; define blueprint and operating model.

• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
